Refund Policy

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receive the order. The same period applies to immediately available and preorder items.

Email sales@laslucas.design before the 14-day period expires and include your order number and the item you wish to return. After notifying us, send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your notice.

CONDITION & RETURN COSTS

Returned pieces must be unworn other than for reasonable fitting, unwashed, unused, undamaged and returned with their original tags and packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. Use a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. If an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from your order, contact us first; Las Lucas will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return cost.

Discounted products retain all rights provided by applicable consumer law.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within the period required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund includes the least expensive standard delivery cost offered for the original order. Additional express or premium delivery costs are not refundable.

Exchanges are accepted subject to availability. Contact us first so we can confirm the replacement. If unavailable, the return will be handled as a refund.
