DELIVERY OPTIONS

Las Lucas delivers within Greece through selected courier services for EUR5. Delivery to the other supported European Union destinations uses DHL Economy Select for EUR20. Cyprus and Malta use DHL Express for EUR25. Only options offered at checkout are available; locker delivery is not currently offered in this storefront.

The methods currently available for your address, their exact cost and estimated timeframe are displayed at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges after an order has been placed.

TIMING & TRACKING

Delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Available pieces and preorder pieces may have different preparation times. Any preorder dispatch date is an estimate, and we will contact you if a material delay occurs.

Delivery time depends on the selected service and destination. Tracking information is sent by email when the order is marked as dispatched. Preparation of preorder items is separate from courier transit time.

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery address is complete and accurate.

CUSTOMS, DELAYS & SUPPORT

Delivery may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote destinations, weather, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Checkout currently accepts the European Union destinations listed in its country selector. Other destinations are not currently available through this storefront.
