These Terms & Conditions govern the use of laslucas.design and purchases made through the website. The site is operated by Nefeli Ilia Louka, trading as Las Lucas, Leoforos Porto Rafti 61, Markopoulo 19003, Greece.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law. We make reasonable efforts to present every piece accurately, although colours may vary slightly according to screen, lighting and device.

ORDERS, PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Availability may change, and adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch.

Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout and that the information supplied is accurate.

A preorder reserves a piece that is not ready for immediate dispatch. Any expected dispatch date is an estimate. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

RETURNS, ACCOUNTS & LEGAL

Consumers may exercise the applicable right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving an online order. Full conditions are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Las Lucas Gift Cards are digital and redeemable online. Remaining balances may be used in future purchases. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and keeping account information accurate. The website, brand identity, photographs, text, artwork, graphics and videos belong to Las Lucas or are used with permission and may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

By submitting a Dear Lucas story, you confirm that it is your original contribution and grant permission for review, minor editing and publication. Anonymous submissions will not display the contributor's name or contact details.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction without limiting mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms when our services, operations or legal obligations change.
